GamesGrid Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Our EU data protection contact is dpo@gamesgrid.gg.

Lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of (a) your consent (marketing, prize draw entry), (b) contract performance (responding to commercial enquiries), and (c) legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention).

International transfers

All personal data is stored within the EU. Where transfers outside the EEA are necessary they are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Leads are retained for up to 36 months. Prize draw entries are deleted within 12 months of the draw closing.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact dpo@gamesgrid.gg to exercise any of these rights.
